Gluten-Free Chocolate Mug Cake
1.2 Minute chocolate mug (yes mug, not mud) cake! Having that craving for chocolate again? Well in 3 minutes in the microwave you can make the BEST chocolate cake (seriously). I am gluten intolerant and so this cake is perfect for me or anyone else who is gluten intolerant or is just not eating gluten out of choice.
Recipe
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 1.3 minutes
Total Time: 3.3 minutes
Yield: 1 mug-sized cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup of 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and the rest gluten-free flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp butter
1 egg
Preperation
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.
2. Microwave on high for 90 secs (1.30 mins)
3. Add you choice of toppings (ice-cream, chocolate sauce)
