Bleach* Festival

If you live in Australia in the Gold Coast-Brisbane-Northern NSW area then you may have seen a few brochures or signs around advertising Bleach* festival. It's a up and coming Gold Coast arts, music and beach culture Festival that runs from 7-23 of March 2014. It's first weekend launches the international surfing world tour of Quicksilver and Roxy Pro. The second weekend is in Currumbin, Gold Coast, and starts with the third year of Bleach* boulevard alongside music at the Sound lounge, talks, theatre and films. The festival ends in Tugan and Burleigh on the third weekend. The third weekend involves music, a BBQ and children's activities (if that's your sort of thing). Bleach* is an amazing youthful and creative festival, centred around surf culture and the arts.

Opera on the Beach

There is also an event being held in addition to Bleach* on Greenmount beach Coolangatta. It's an Australian rendition of 'Mozart's The Magic Flute'. Bring a picnic, friends and family down to the beach for a lovely evening opera, directed by Michael Gow.

Premium ticket holders will have exclusive rights to a premium bar on the beach pre-show, during interval and post-show. Their ticket will also include seating on a low beach chair.

A Reserve and B Reserve will be seated directly on the beach.
