Altamar Handmade

Hello. Altamar Handmade is a collection by Altea, a Spanish craftswoman with a passion for sewing, embroidery and dolls. Especially dolls. After studying and working on different projects, she began to settle down and make different accessories using basic tools. Now, Altea has decided to just create what she likes to do most and that is dolls.

The dolls Altea creates are so beautiful, and intricately detailed. All are stitched by hand at her home in Valencia using felt, wool, embroidery, threads, and scraps of an assortment of fabrics. She creates a personality for each of the dolls, some are very timid and shy whereas some are outgoing end energetic. Altea puts so much love and care into the creation of her dolls. They all come with accessories, whether that be a sleeping mask, blankets, bags, or a sleeping toy! Oh, and they all wear a pretty pair of lace underwear.

Isn't Magdalena just the cutest! I am obsessed with her bunny slippers! I wouldn't mind a pair of my own. And her Harry bear is just... that hat!

Gosh! Aren't they just adorable? I love all the details in their outfits. And their hand stitched hair! Beyota has the loveliest red locks. I would for sure wear both Beyota and Magdelana's outfits. You can check out more of Altea's work and Altamar Handmade here:
