Book Haul: Lifeline Bookfest

Today I popped over to the Lifeline bookfest, and my golly gosh. It was absolutely HUGE! There were thousands and thousands of books from over 25 genres, and it was completely overwhelming at first, but I eventually found a collection full of books that interested me and was able to score 11 books for only $32. But, it did take me 5 hours! I took a few pictures of some of the books while I was over there. I also took a few pictures of the actual bookfest but I don't really want to show anyone's faces so left them out. 

Oh! And how could I forget? Frankie magazine is out on Monday in Australia! Oh I'm honestly counting down the days... I have been re-reading the current issue for the past few days. I am not sure it's natural to be this excited about a magazine. Anyway, I just had to include that didn't I? On to the books!

-Some we love, Some we hate, Some we eat (Hal Herzog)

That book festival was so much fun. It was honestly HEAVEN (for a book nerd).

If you live in Brisbane/Gold Coast/Northern NSW/You have a car then go check out the current Bookfest at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. It's on 11-13 April from 8am-5pm so go check it out! You still have time.

Oh, and sorry for all of you that live nowhere near where I'm talking about. I guess you can just bask in the idea of a huge convention centre full of thousands of books for under $5. It's dream material.
